Tring Again

Hi everyone.

Not been on here for months. I tried Lipotrim back in April and managed to lose 18lb in three weeks. i came off it for easter (big mistake) and then couldnt get back on it.

I have decided i really have to give it another go because im desperate.

Started it this morning and just had my first shake which to be fair i found ok.

I am a bit scared as seem to have read so many bad reports about it but have decided that there is are so many success stories on here that its got to be worth a shot. Its time to accept that its now or never cause have been trying different diets for years and just not working for me.

Can anyone please give me some advice on how to keep positive in the first few days.

Welcome back mandie, and good luck on your journey hun x x

As you know it is hard for the first week, and after that it does get easier.. The only advice i can offer is to make sure you keep up your water intake, and if you need to, experiment with your shakes.

The very best bit of advice is to log on here... It can be a lifesaver where LT is concerned.. Someone will always be there to praise you, but also to spur you on when it gets tough.

Just remember the you won't be on the shakes forever, it is a relatively short time out of your life yet it will bring you so much happiness, that alone makes it more than worth it! x

Hi Maddie, have you got some smaller jeans to hang on your wardrobe? This diet works so well and very quickly so its good to have mini goals. I would say in the first week I would take it a day at a time and every night you go to bed be so proud that you had a 100% day until that first weigh in. Good luck huni xx
