My first day on SW :happy036: Hello all.
I would like any tips and tellings off as and where needed because I am new to this! I have a lot to lose, and I am doing it alone at home.
Breakfast
2 Boiled Eggs
2 slices of Wholemeal bread (2x HEb)
Lunch
Pear (wasn't hungry and was on a working lunch)
Snack
Banana
Dinner
Roasted veg (Aubergine, onion, mushroom & Pepper)
2 x Tesco Meat Free beef burger 2 syns
Pasta Bolognese
Side Salad with Feta (HEa)
Snack
Cadburys Crunchie bar 9.5 syns
I know I kept within the allowed syns, but I feel so guilty for eating that Crunchie bar! But it was soooo nice
My dinner looks like an awful lot now i've written it down, but it was really nice and it's put my faith back into my cooking skills
