    My first day on SW :happy036: Hello all.

    I would like any tips and tellings off as and where needed because I am new to this! I have a lot to lose, and I am doing it alone at home.

    Breakfast
    2 Boiled Eggs
    2 slices of Wholemeal bread (2x HEb)

    Lunch
    Pear (wasn't hungry and was on a working lunch)

    Snack
    Banana

    Dinner
    Roasted veg (Aubergine, onion, mushroom & Pepper)
    2 x Tesco Meat Free beef burger
    2 syns
    Pasta Bolognese
    Side Salad with Feta (HEa)

    Snack
    Cadburys Crunchie bar
    9.5 syns

    I know I kept within the allowed syns, but I feel so guilty for eating that Crunchie bar! But it was soooo nice :eek: My dinner looks like an awful lot now i've written it down, but it was really nice and it's put my faith back into my cooking skills :D
