Chicken curry- Chicken, mushrooms, onions, tinned tomatoes, curry powder.
Half a packet of micro rice ( 2)
Half a lidl naan bread (7)

Weighed myself today and I'm 8ST 9.5. My main aim is to get to 8st 7 and then maintain, I'm finding it hard not to eat processed, high sugar junk and that's why I came back to slimming world, it helps me eat healthy.

I did lose a lot of weight with sw after my daughter was born and thankfully, I've pretty much stayed the same weight but I can feel it creeping back on again! So I'm stopping it before I'm back to square one!


Food today

A- Milk
B- 2 slices sm wholemeal bread

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast cut into soldiers, banana

Lunch-


Dinner- Beef casserole

Beef, mushrooms, onions, carrots, garlic and colemans beef casserole packet mix ()
Dumpling ()
