well i for one have just had a confidence booster.

i came off another diet had a two week break then started exante.

today i tried on a pair of jean a week a go were too tight now they are a nice fit, they are M&co. 16's I for one think there fitting is on the rather small side.

so 2 pairs of their 3/4 jeans fit and a lovely 16 top, so as i am out for my BF's dad's birthday next week this is what i think i will wear. (new thread to follow on going out)

i threw out loads of clothes that are now a bit too big and make me look frumpy, and kept the figure hugging ones and the still a bit to tight ones. so that i can see the progress i am making in the mirror

That's a great confidence booster. Well done!
I'm going on a cruise in August for the first time, and need 'dressy' clothes, but don't want to buy anything for a while in the hope that I'll go down a dress size or two.

Its great to get into smaller clothes isn't it. Well done on getting rid of the bigger stuff. I only have 10s and 12s in my wardrobe now so I can't put too much on before I HAVE to get rid of it.
