Red Days Trying out a red day

Does this look ok for a red day:

Breakfast: bacon, scrambled egg and an apple.
Lunch: carrot and corriander soup with small wholemeal bread (half a heb)
Dinner: begoodtoyourself sausages, roast potatoes in frylight (heb), broccoli, green beans
Snacks: rocky road hi-fi (other half of heb), babybels.

Then I'll use syns as I go through the day as I don't usually plan syns in advance.

Sound ok?
 
yeh hun that sounds fine as long as the roasties are 230g potato with skin on or 200g new potatoes,i mainly do red days, love em! x
 
Yep I'll weigh them out before cooking. I was going to do mash but Im assuming the skin has to stay on? So figured roasties would be easier. Im taking it one day at a time but going to try a red week I think :)
 
Hi, sounds very good, are you having your 2 hex A's?
 
Nope no potatoes in the soup and Im only having one HeA because I don't really like any of it other than cheese so 3 babybels in a day is enough for me :)

The sausages I've got I know are half a syn on EE so I assumed it'd be the same for original?
