Trying so hard

Hi My name is June I have been lurking in the background for a while. I have been to SW group now for 8 weeks I strted at 10st 6.5, tonight I weigh 10- st 2.5
I think this is very slow and am now losing all motivation and feeling very miserable tonight. Any tips would be really appreciated. I have been trying really hard and kept to the red day SW plan. :cry:
 
Loads of water everyday and lots of fruit honestly it will work you need to shock your body into losing almost. If you still don't think it's working for you speak to your leader and tell them they will be able to help. Good luck X
 
Hi and welcome. How many pounds do you want to lose? Don't worry a loss is a loss. What does your leader say?

You could start a food diary thread in the SW section for members to comment and help.
