Trying to get back on track

Long time reader but just joined!

I lost 6 stone with weightwatchers and got to goal weight of 10stone last June!

I've done really well since then but recently I had a relationship break up and other things and my weight just keeps going up. I'm now around the 11stone mark and have noticed a massive change in my body.

I'm back on track about 2 weeks and the weight just isn't going. If I have one bad day I gain 2 or more pounds and can't shift them. I go to the gym and yet still can't lose it.

It was NOT this hard the last time, and I don't know what's changed.

Anyone able to give me any advice as to how to get back on track.
Propoints just didn't work for me so I'm still on discovery points, allowance of 19 a day.
