Trying to restart after holidays

    I've gained 10 lb after my 2 week holiday.I lost 4 1/2 stone in 3 1/2 months and was really pleased with myself.
    However i 've been back home 2 days and i'm finding it really hard to get going again i've eaten again today and feel really bad about it.Ive still got 4 stone to lose.
    Help and ideas i know i'll be fine once i've done the first week but its so hard.I need a good kick up the bum.

    I know exactly where you are at poppys, you are the same as me but a month behind!
    I went on holiday for two weeks and I thought I'd be ok getting back on to CD because it was a planned break...easier said than done I was soon to find out!
    Like you said yourself you just need to get through that first week. If you find yourself reaching for food go and get in the shower or go to your room and read for a bit, anything to distract yourself, you'll feel so much better about yourself when you realise that you were in charge of the situation, not the craving for food!
    If I did it so can you, I've got 0 will power!;)

    hiya hun,

    I was like that aswell. You just gotta get busy and keep out of foods way, once you get over the 1st week you will be flying. you did it before and you can do it again :)
