Trying to think positive!

    Hi all

    What a hard time i'm having 2nd time round on cambridge!!

    My councellor warned me it would be more difficult so I expected it but jesus she wasn't kidding!

    I'm on week 2 and the scales are saying 13 pounds lighter which is great but I just can't stop feeling hungry and thinking about food!!!!!!!!

    I'm not sure whether to try 790 plan or to carry on SSing for another couple of days to see if I can get my head back round it!!!

    Any advice very welcome x

    I think you have to do what you feel most comfortable with......no one can tell you what to do. If you cant get your head round it then have a word with your cdc.....Im sure she will help you decide what to do.

    You need to think how seriously you want to be slimmer and whether you can do ss without cheating. If you are highly likely to cheat then maybe a different plan would be best.

    I recommend 790 if your struggling! It does put some normality back in your life and I lost faster than my sister who did sole source. I can only recommend it based on my own experience. If I hadn't have done it I would have stopped altogether! Good luck!

    Thank you for your advice!

    I've emailed my councellor to see what she thinks, i'm such a stubborn person I think i'm going to stick with SSing for the time being. Luckily I start a new job this coming monday so i'll have something to take my mind off eating which I think will really help.

    I keep looking at my before and after pics and it's helped me to realise that I have done really well so far, and another 8 weeks won't hurt!
