TS 600

Anyone else trying to stick to the TS600 plan rather than the TS800?

When I first started it was the TS600 so I'm aiming to stick to that for as long as possible really.

Hi, I started 2 weeks ago and doing Ts600 and thought maybe do TS800 on food week. New to exante but need to loose a fair bit. Hope your doing well x

So mad at myself but all I can do it get back on it today.
