I wanted to get back on ts today but am on painkillers and antibiotics and have to eat before taking them.

Thing is I don't have my shakes till around 12.30, 3.30 and 7.30pm but am in agony and need pills now.

I know if I have my shake now I'll be hungry by this evening, plus I haven't been able to drink anything but water at room temp all week due this infection in my jaw bone and I usually fill myself up on tea and coffee I between my shakes.

Not feeling very positive right now and frustrated as I just want to get back on ts before my hols on 24th August! X

I'd say it's better to get yourself fighting fit before undertaking a vlcd... It's already fighting hard, let alone fighting an infection too..

Hope you feel better soon though!

    Thx smidge

Been pretty easy today on vlcd though as can't really eat, dentist said to only eat drinkable foods not chewable which is why I though this is ideal really.
I've slept for about 5 hours of today anyway so have so far only had porridge and just had spag Bol so still have one pack to go. Just struggling with drinking really as hurts like hell.

I guess that's a fair point! If you can't really eat at least with shakes you know you're getting all your nutrients :) glad you're feeling a little better!
