B: Skinny sf vanilla latte, krispy kreme doughnut 10 syns! :eek: guess I will check before I eat next time! LOL, strawberries

L: Grilled chicken salad, banana
MA: fruit salad, mullerlight

D: Syn free sausages, beans, egg

S: peach, plum, grapes, blueberries

Brekkie - uuuuummmmmm:p

Lunch 4 x ryvita with marmite (1 hex b)

tea - garlic roasted new potatoes and sweet potatoes with curried quorn chunks and salad
 
Mrs B - I'm hoping "uuuummmm" is some new and exciting breakfast cereal that I haven't heard of yet????
 
sorry I just cannot get in to eatinng brekkie. If I don't have a good weight loss this week with not having brekkie I will make myself have it next week lol ;)
 
crazy anxious day - had no appetite as had to do a presentation on condoms for a job today and the interview's tommorrow! aaaaaaarrrggh!!!

D: half a sin free pizza - with 42g red.fat cheese(HEX a), peppers(s), mushrooms and sweetcorn

Snacks: melon(ss), 40g bag of Doritos(10 sins), strawberries(ss)
