Tuna Teriyaki

75ml cup soy sauce
60ml dry sherry or chicken stock
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 x 150gm tuna steaks

Combine the soy sauce, sherry or stock, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Add the tuna to bowl and marinade all over the fish for at least 30 mins (a few hours is better). Drain and grill the tuna for 4 or 5 mins per side.

I serve mine with with a mix of stir fried broccoli + white and sweetheart cabbage topped with a few sesame seeds and a salad (umm, the salad isn't stir-fried).

Serves 4.
