You can buy salad seasonings which are a mixture of different herbs & spices, there's also a seasoning called 'season all' which I used to use a lot. All in the herb & spice section. xx

I bought my first herb a few weks ago, prior to that I did not have any. Now my cupboard is full to the brim with different ones, have asked my mum to buy me a spice rack for xmas lol. This diet/weight loss has given me a complete different attitude to a lot of things, one of those is cooking. Everything is cooked from fresh, I have bought new cooking books, utensils etc, and am really enjoying it. Will be nice to actually try some of recipes (all low fat of course) when re feed is over.

Will purchase some of the salad herbs next to go with my collection, thanks Jan
