i just done a quick search and it appears you cant have anything other then perhaps paracetamol sorry

Ye thats right, there all full of sugar!! so stay away...

peppermint tea will probably soothe it though with the warmth... worth a go huni, sorry ur nto feeling too good!

I wouldnt risk taking any of them!!
Too much sugar to flavour them!!
Maybe try Making smaller thicker milkshakes, (kinda like icecream but not freezing) and spreading them out over that day, that might soothe it!
Take some paracetomol and drink plenty of water!!

Hi Stef, I had a bad sore throat just after my first week and i was told by my pharmacist to gargle asprin. It did help. Hope you feel better soon. x:)

i ve had an awful sore throat and been using robitussin its sugar free didnt really know if its bad or not i ve just got over a chest infection which lasted 5 months dont want to go there again

oops i had 2 soothers, but thats cos i wus at work, im constantly on the fone n it wus killin!! ah well it wus only 2... x
