hi , new to this forum so just learning how to use this ! , i'm after a recipe for turkey burgers or similar , last night i cooked a small turkey joint & there is a small amount left over which i have minced up - i'm trying to stop wasting food ! so thought could make something with it any ideas please ? ! , thanks

When I'm making turkey burgers I have turkey mince, diced red onion and red pepper, a chicken oxo crumbled in, salt, pepper, garlic and mushroom ketchup...all mixed together, shaped into burgers and cooked in the oven for about 25 minutes
