Hi just wondered if anyone has any turkey ideas?

as i bought a massive one cooked it and now kids dont really want it
im going to freeze most and just use bit at a time.
Im doing the red plan
with sometimes 2 bread or 1 potatoe
but im open to any suggestions as still new to this
