Turkey meat loaf

I got the recipe from somewhere and i can't remember where is was from its 4.5 syns for the whole loaf.But my questions is do i cook the turkey mince 1st of do i just leave it.

Turkey mince
2 carrots
1 onion
1 egg
pkt of paxo

Gas mark 6 for 30-45 mins

Don't cook the mince first. Just 'smush' all the ingredients together well.

The put into a greased (i spray with frylight) loaf tin. Bake as above. Slices well and is just as nice cold as hot.

Might have to make this on monday after shopping. It'll be great to take to work on tuesday.

oooh i am going to try this tomorrow for lunch-i assume thats 4.5 syns on red or ee ? but no green
