I will be your twin if you like. I am 5ft 3 and was 11 st 3, 2 weeks ago. I have just dipped under 11stone so not that far apart. There might be someone else along soon who is a perfect match but I am happy to step in.
Clothes size wise I have been wearing 14 but have today bought some size 12 tops which were really nice. When did you start the diet?
Which plan have you been doing?

hi raven123 i started two weeks ago at 11'13 but today am 11'3 and if u like be mine twin Im happy I wearing siz 14 to but its getting to big now And I've been on SS for 2weeks and from today i changed for SS+. How about you ?

When do you go on msn?

I think you have done fantastically well. The weight loss can't be as fast if you have a healthier bmi.
What are your weak times or danger points?

am on msn now and usually in the evening and yes im happy with my looses
I always want to eat at/after 6pm but now with SS+ its not a prob no more
