    Can't believe it's gone so quickly! I remember thinking that I had 12 long weeks to go until I could have some food and now it's only 3! In that time I've lost just over 31lbs and 26 1/2 inches and stuck to it 100%. Going to take some photos later, see if I notice any difference! I'm so glad I started CD. :) Believe me, if I can do it anyone can!

    Well done Sparkles on getting to this point and on your great losses. Am sure you will notice a huge difference when you take the photos! Am sure the next 3 weeks will fly by...

    Thats excellent. I'm only in mid 2 week and i feel like that has flown by. Hope it carries on feeling that way. It really does get easier after the first week without a doubt. Would you say you still craved food the same as the beginning of the diet??? Im concerned that i'll get to the point of not wanting to eat.

    Hi sparkerls im on my 11th week now and yes its gone soo quick and i also have had a great weight loss. im going on holiday tomorrow so going to have a break,so ill have to get straight back on 100% when i come back.

    Really well done! It's a lovely feeling when you start to eat, although I remember feeling like I was putting too much on my plate to begin with! I was amazed when the weight kept going down.

    When you do your pics, you'll definately see the difference. And be proud of yourself!

    Thanks:) In answer to your question Sammi, no I don't crave food as much as I did at the beginning of the diet. In fact yesterday I almost forgot to have my tetra at work-it was 11.30am before I noticed I hadn't had it! I do still get the odd craving for things,but it's not overwhelming. I can quite easily ignore it. I've got a long way to go still, but it's been a long, long time since I lost even this much on a diet before giving up as it took so long. I'm hoping to be at or near goal by October at the latest and working back up the plans. I want to be eating normally by the time I go on holiday in December.

    This is my 6th week. I haven't had fantastic losses like some people on here, but hey-ho, nothing I can do about that :(. I have another 8 weeks to go where I will be 100% and see if I can lose 2 stone in that time. The time goes so fast and you have done fantastically well sparkels. I just hope I can reach my target in time for my hols.

    Ive done 3 n half weeks i carnt believe a months gone by im totally with CD now and find it easy sticking 100% get the odd craving but my attitude is changing about food i love it :D Well done everyone
