Hi everyone! I've been doing really well on Slimming World so far but the last three days I've just been completely adrift and off plan. I haven't exactly eating junk but I've definitely gone over my Syns with things like toast and random bowls of cereal. I was unwell at the beginning of the week and I think it's just knocked me off course. I feel like giving up even though I know I've been doing so so well :(
