i got a full list of all the points values of alot of takeaways off the internet, including chinease, fish and chips and mc donalds, its so nice that u can still eat these yummy but bad foods as long as u keep it within ur points.

You do have to watch the portion size. The chow mein from the chinese take away at the end of my road comes in at 450gms but if i go to another one they manage to cram in 600gms in the same size box !!
