Is this free on a green day? I have always thought it is.
I am going back onto SW properly tomorrow like I used to do... put on a few pounds again since hitting target.
Tomoz I have planned for a 6.30am 45 min gym session.
Breakfast - 2 weetabix and milk and sweetener for one healthy a and b
Lunch - Boil in a bag plain rice, tuna (other healthy b), boiled eggs, chopped cucumber, peas.
Muller light yog and apple for snacks
Tea - pasta in sauce (milk second healthy a) and quorn sausages and veg
Does this sound ok? Syn free? I am saving my syns for vodka and diet lemonade at weekend hehe x
