Hi, has anyone experienced unexplained gains with WW at any point in their weight loss? Ive recently experienced it and it's very upsetting. I will keep going but would love to hear if others went through a blip like this.

I have weighed everything, calculated everything on my WW calculator and cooked from scratch. It's not that I ate things I "forgot" about in case you wondered!

I will increase my exercise and water this week in case it could be down to either of those...

    All help very welcome!

I'm not on WW but our bodies are intricate things so any weight gain can probably be down to something unrelated to your diet... unless it's a considerable gain?

Our weight does fluctuate throughout the day, naturally. So if it's just a few lbs I wouldn't worry too much. Just continue with what you're doing :)
