UniqueMummy's Food and Exercise diary

I'm on day 2 of EE so thought what better motivation than a diary (and to hope for support from the forum).

Ill start with yesterday's diary.

Day 1
Breakfast - black coffee. Bran flakes with 1 strawberry muller light and chopped strawberries.

Lunch - 1 mug shot

Tea - lamb chops in bisto gravy with sweet corn, peas, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots.

Snacks - 3 Special K double choc bars

Total syns 13.5

Exercise - day 1 level 1 30 day shred.
10 minutes on vibration plate.
 
Well I went from doing well all day to screwing up big time :( will still record food diary as I need to face up to it! Felt sorry for myself being ill and went on a binge grr!

Breakfast - scrambled egg (with a little skimmed milk) on brown bread with a little butter

Lunch - 1 mug shot. 2 vanilla muller light yoghurts with 2 options.

Tea - 1 small tin of tuna in spring water with 3/4 plate of mixed veg and sprinkle of veg.

Evening snacks - 3 packets of crisps and 2 small milk way bars :( :( :(
