Hi Guys,

I got my first one done yesterday - I used my own pants and took a spare. I lost 8 1/2 inches all over, including 1 inch off my bum. I am doing another in 10 days then 10 days after that will follow up with every 6 weeks, this should help with tone of my skin and also the diet.

I was £125 for all three sessions.

I think I'd be happier doing what you did Nicola and wearing my own knickers and taking spares. Well done on the 8 1/2 inches lost. Keep us updated when you have your next one.

Those paper thongs are satan's own knickers! Espcially when you get a spray tan and the contrast between their size, and your bum, is left imprinted in glaring white for your OH to giggle at
