    Hey everyone! I was just wondering if you all weigh your selfs aswell as the Pharamcist? I avoided weigh myself on my first week, but tonight i got very curious and stepped on the scales.

    A part of me thinks to weigh my self mid week is a good confidence booster, but if i go for my weekly weigh in and its different, i would be disappointed!

    What are your views?

    I weigh everyday i cant help it.... you just have to get used to the normal fluctuations in weight thrughout the week.... and as long as its gone down on weigh day i'm happy!!! x

    Thank you! I think i will weigh myself every couple of days jus to keep on track, plus it gives me a little bit of encouragement! =)

    Sometime you will just be 3lb heavier lol.... but you get used to the fluctuations and if you've been 100% theres no way you can gain.... I use it as a motivator but i know some people who it doesnt work for!!! x

    I pop to the chemist if on a downer to get an earlier reading on my weight loss

    I weigh every morning and ever night before bed. I'm not sure I could go a week without knowing if I'd lost.

    I have gotten the OH to take the battery out of the scales as it wasn't helping me. Not sure how long I'll be able to keep that up ...but we'll see ~lol~ x x x

    I'm always on the scales, sometimes even after each pee!!!...
    i have to throw them out or something.
    unofficially on my scales i have lost 14lbs in just 4 days, i'm currently on day 5 and still going strong. well who wouldnt keep going with that amount of loss!

    I think it can become too much of an obsession if you are always weighing yourself. I nipped into Superdrug and have lost wieght since beginning last Wednesday so was pleased. But it was because I dont look like I have lost anything. My official weigh in is Wednesday morning again. So I hope to loose more by then and it will be a bigger incentive. Dont beat yourself up. Just focus.
