Update from me!

Some of you may remember me from last year when i was on LL
(Hi BL ).

I have just finished 6 days on CD ss+ which is like LL Lite and i lost 5.5lbs. I'm not a big loser, but i'm happy with that.

I'm enjoying CD, i prefer the packs and the bars are definitely nicer than on LL. I found this site a support last year and again now. Its great to see some old faces still here and lots of new ones.

Stick with it folks, it does work.
