    Hi All,

Just a quick update to let you all know that I have been off the diet for 2 months and have not put any weight on, I would feel great if it wasn't for my bad back

Off to see a neurosurgeon tonight, at least he won't be able to say lose weight and your back will be OK like the last specialist I saw.

Thats it really, nothing to report other than if you stick with it, you will not put any weight on !

    Lxx

Well done on maintaining Lee - that's brilliant. Sorry to hear about your back; I think back pain is just one of the worst things ... it afffects EVERY aspect of your life and every move you make whereas something like a sore foot only hurts when you walk on it!

Have you been following a maintaining step or are you just eating sensibly now? What have you been eating?

I am basically eating sensibly, when I used to have crisps and chocolate I now have fruit, when I go out I have vodka and diet coke instead of beer etc

If I was fully fit I would love to shift the last part of my weight by going to the gym.

Well I think you have done brilliantly - a true inspiration. It was you who made me try sea bass for the first time! (I now have it regularly!)

Keep us updated and hope your back improves soon xx

What a star you are! How easy it would be to slip back down that slippery slope, but you haven't, despite being in pain and having limits on your exercise.

Flipping well done! I think that is great.

    Love

Keep up the fantastic work Leehal!! You have done really well.

As for the back...I totally sympsthise with you. I had a car accident which left me needing physio and Hubby had 3 epidural injections over the course of a year and a half.
Having back trouble is certainly not fun!
