    I weigh in on a Thursday and lost a pound. It's a loss but not excited about. Really hope it's a one off. Aiming for two a week.

    I'm having 1500 cals a day and surprisingly it's going well.

    Sure, I agree on some level. Needs to be mixed. When you are losing old weight it's a drag. I have 26 lbs to go before I can say something new or different. Despite being smaller or larger within those pounds, it more or less feels the same.

    Does anyone else feel like this?

    I've just started losing new weight, had to lose the same 70lbs again. At least you weren't as stupid as I was!

    I just find that a positive mental attitude helps keep me going. A loss is a loss, you'll be back to losing new weight again, don't get disheartened. Xxx

    Lost 3lbs this week so 8lbs so far for this month.

    Don't know what to say!

    I know what you mean with the loosing weight putting it back on to loose it again thing it's hard but will be 100% worth it x great loss x
