Well today I am starting day one of a personal challenge. I've read so much about water helping in weighlosses and aiding the toning of the body when using exercise.

So, this week I plan to drink 4 litres of water a day, and do 2 x 15 minute workouts on the WII fitness coach each day.

I get weighed next week on wednesday, so i'm hoping i'll have a great loss.

Here's to 100% and lots of water glugging! ;)
