Help!

I am only on day 1 (again) and I have an uncontrollable urge for chocolate (thanks to ad for Galaxy) :gen157:

I really need some support, please help me to resist.

The urge is v slowly wearing off. I'll just keep repeating the mantra - I will be slim and get into all my clothes by the summer... I will be slim...

hey hun dont give in to the urge, av sum water an mayb go 4 a walk. if u think the adverts bad u shud work in a shop surrounded by all the naughty stuff. choc, crisps, ice cream, pop an pick n mix!!!! omg!!!

yet if i can resist it so can u (i was a major choc eater)

I gave in yesterday and didn't enjoy it at all, it was far too sweet and sickly. Don't give in, you won't enjoy it and try to think of how you will look and feel when you're slim. I do this while looking in a full length mirror, seeing my fat body really does put me in the right frame of mind and focuses me all the more.
