Oh yes, when I'm having a bad I read her blog and think "well actually I'm quite lucky", we take for granted a lot of stuff she can't do or finds hard to do. I think the way she stood up for herself with the surgeons proving them wrong was brilliant it just shows with hard work and determination you can achieve anything :)
 
Take each day as it comes, follow the plan and your weight will come off, and as has been said set achievable interim targets. Also, try setting non weight related targets: such as fitting into an old piece of clothing, being able to walk/jog a bit longer, drinking more water.
