i have struggled with this constantly since may. i now eat 18 out of 22 everyday, prob still not enough but its as good as its gonna get :)

Well I'm feeling ultra awful because I went way over my points on Saturday! I do think though that sometimes its not a bad thing!! I always feels it gives my metabolism a bit of a shake up! At least thats what I'm hoping for this week anyway :cross:
