What's everyone's favourite kitchen gadget for weigh loss help?
Blender for smoothie/shake making or steamer for healthy veg? Mine is a slicing machine which enables me to thinly slice a roast joint making it go so much further and look so much more on my plate, I can also thinly slice bread and thinly slice onions/cabbage for stir fries or coleslaw

Mine is my juicer at the moment - nothing better than juicing 4 oranges straight into a glass and drinking, heaven.

Now I have given us all the notion for homemade bread lol, I will make a more sensible suggestion!

Slowcooker - its fab having a yummy healthy soup/stew/casserole/roast etc ready when I come in. Means I am not tempted for something handy but unhealthy. Love it!
