Hullo all you lovely peeps in the Rosemary Conley room! :)

I am popping over from Herbalife cos I had a wee question. I like to get the magazines every now and then cos there are good recipes in them and wondered if anyone was using the coloured measure pots and how you've found them to help with portion control.

    Anyone using them?

Hiya and welcome to the RC forum.

I do use the portion pots - they are invaluable and a great, easy way to measure your food. People really don't know just how much food they put out for themselve .. I know I didn't.

I have 2 sets of pots - I keep one red one in my Special K box, one blue one in the open rice packet etc You can even measure wine with them (yellow pot = 88 cals) lol you'll be surprised at your portion sizes thats for sure!

Its a great idea and the new ones also have a hole in the handle to measure out spaghetti.
