Extra Easy Using syns for chocolate?

Ok I have two mini malteasers bags that are 5 syns each. I haven't used any other syns today. So am I ok to eat both bags lol?
Also does anyone have a desert or chocolate each night after dinner using ur syns and would it effect weight loss?

You have between 5-15 syns per day to use on what you like....chocolate, wine, nuts, seeds, the list is endless....never deprive yourself & always have at least 5 syns per day

I usually use my syns on an evening on chocolate or something like that and sometimes have that plus a healthy extra for a hifi and loads of free/superfree snacks. Your syns are there to be used and enjoyed don't worry about using them on whatever it is you fancy and don't worry about what time your eating either. I've eaten at midnight before and still lost weight.
