Extra Easy Vanilla essence

Hi everyone, I've been on SW for a few weeks now, I love the estra easy plan. Could anyone tell me if vanilla essence has any sins?? Thanks

I think flavourings are generally free. Just check the ingredients on the back. If it's made from oil it has syns, if not I think you're okay.

Aww thanks for the replies, I was going to make some syn free ice cream with vanilla mullerlight, and add a bit of vanilla essence to make it extra sweet! x

I made the ice cream last nite wth 2 vanilla and chocolate sprinkle mullerlights, some fat free natural yoghurt and some sweetener, it was yummy!!

Just made another batch now, only had natural yoghurt tho, so just added vanilla essence and lots of sweetener, will see how it comes out in a few hours!
