Can someone please provide an up to date veg and protein list as I am seeing pictures of meals with veg and protein that i didnt think we could have and am now wondering isf the list had been up dated and i had missed it
Prawns are fine (pretty much any fish/ seafood is) beans have quite a large amount of carbs in, but in small quantities may be ok, it depends on how you react to carbs. as a 3 packs 1 meal it should be ok, but with 4 packs it might be too much.
