Veg weight cooked/uncooked

Does it really make a massive difference? Iv just completed day 3 and iv been weighing my veg and protein uncooked as it makes more sense! What the thinking? Does it really matter?
 
You'll most likely be short changing yourself if you do - someone posted on the S&S facebook page that 200g of swede chips started out as 600g of raw swede! Quite a difference :)
 
If anything you'll be having less so don't worry about it.
