Could you tell me if vegetable flavouring drinks count towards your daily water intake?
The weather was stormy on the way home and I craved a hot drink but I was unsure if it is the same as fruit flavourings or not.

    Hiya wez,
this from a lighterlife girl, and that is the savoury drink powder does not count towards your water intake for the day. I assume it's the same for cd, hopefuly someone on cd will be along to give you a definite answer soon :D

Well as you're having it in water can't see any reason why it shouldn't count - the fruit flavourings certainly do. Do make sure you only have 1tsp per day though.
