vegetables=points????

I'm so confused, can someone please help me!
Last night I had a chicken casserole (WW) and thought I could fill the plate with vegetables!
They were frozen veg but I didn't think it made a difference!
I thought veg were 0pp??? But my app said they were 2/3 maybe more pp??
Someone plz help xx

Total loss so far- 51lbs!! 9lbs to go
 
Broad beans - kidney beans too, peas - all have a points value. Casserole wise root veg like swede is free - cubed potato will add points. Onion, mushroom, green leaves are free. The WW app is a very good guide.
