Starting again on slimming world today and was wondering if anyone knows of veggie friendly yoghurts that are free on green days? Class always go on about muller lights but most contain gelatine so we can't eat them :sigh:

    thanks :)

Hi there's a current thread on this in the syn value section. You'll find several veggie friendly alternatives there.

The asda fat free (same shaped tub as muller)and danone activia fat free are veggie (one isn't) they say on them so double check

I'm a veggie and i posted something similar a while ago. I love Shape fat free yogurts and the Danone Activia fat free yogurts. Both are yummy but the strawberry ones (both makes) aren't veggie. The Activia vanilla ones are to die for. Shape are on offer for £1 in Asda at the mo xx

I thoroughly recommend M & S probiotic fat free yoghurts which are veggie and syn free. They are on offer at the moment for 3 for £1 ... give rhubarb a try its like eating sweets :)

I'll have to take a trip to M&S tomorrow. It's not somewhere I usually shop so never even thought of it.
