Veggies

    Im worried im having too much salad or too many veggies with my meals. When i work it out using a carb counter it seems to be ok but thinking of it in 'mug fulls' im having quite alot. Im confused :(

    mugs and cups arent the same thing, i got some measuring cups off ebay for a couple of quid, it's so much easier the measuring everything cos to honest, once you've filled a cup with cucumber or whatever - you kinda know how much a cup of cucumber just by eye.... the americans are just plain lazy see and it's much simpler (pardon my casual racism) lol

    i went to go buy a cup measurer from wilkinsons and it was a tenner! i was like no way am i paying that for a plastic cup lol

    i think i'll have a look on ebay or amazon for a cheap one, ive been going by weights and reading labels. i just feel im eating too much sometimes.

    it is a pain in the rear, cups are so much easier - i got a little set of plastic ones with quarters, halves etc too :)
