Verging on Morbidly Obese and now Just Overweight!!!

Yay!!! After my week 16 on SS+ weigh in I have gone from a BMI of 38.3 (almost morbidly obese) to 29.9. That means I am only OVERWEIGHT!!! Sounds silly to anyone else but fellow dieters but I am very happy about that!!!!!!!!!

3 stone 11...so close to 4 stone!!!

Feeling great, almost daily compliments or queries about how I am doing it so that's keeping me motivated. It's been hard earned though, I struggle with not having certain foods but learnt a lot about the right choices and how much I actually need to fuel my body.

Unfortunately ALL of my weight is around my waist so still have lots to do but it's a great start!!!
