Very bad week arrrgh !!

Iv had a bad 4
Not making excuses , my little boy went on holiday with his grandparents Thursday comfort so comfort eating it was
Then had a weekend if hen party activities , which involved lots of eating and drinking

On the other hand with the 2 stone I lost felt more confident going out



Photo on the left was in March , and the photo on the right was yesterday
