Morning guys.
Ive been real bad over the weekend - ice cream thursday night and friday night, chips with my steak on sat and stilton sauce and deep fried brie to start.
Im feeling miserable and sooooo demotivated at the moment. and food makes me feel of so much better.
Was back on track yesterday and was good and am being today (so far) im just so fed up of dieting. Been dieting since beginning Jan and wish I had lost more. In fact I wish I has started Dukan then and I would be / should be at my target weight.
Im tired, tearful and full of PMT (my periods all over the place due to the coil) bloated

help me!!!!!!
I dont want to give up although people are saying oh you look fab now...but i have clothes i WANT to get into again.
