Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

tea and coffee count in the 1 1/2 litres.
Today Ive had 1litre water, 1 tea, 1 black coffee and 2 green tea. will be habing about another 1/2 litre of water at home and another herbal tea.
 
Sona double check that isnt per 100ml of made up. Im sure that was how i read it when looking as ive been drinking sainsburys basics since as its the lowest.

hey gorgeous. Weekend went wayyy too quickly but i have lost a lb since friday (good with all the wine ;)) and have a new haircut. went to get it done at friends yesterday and her and her mum and dad were amazed at how slim I look :D :D

how was yours apart from the evil sleep whith made you feel hungover?

Saturday was a wipeout & then yesterday at my folks I indulged in a dark chocolate & pear torte so the fairy has flitted away momentarily!! So I have 2.5lbs to shift from this weekend to get back on track.. hoping for a sts this week!

Ive been real bad over the weekend - ice cream thursday night and friday night, chips with my steak on sat and stilton sauce and deep fried brie to start.

Im feeling miserable and sooooo demotivated at the moment. and food makes me feel of so much better.
Was back on track yesterday and was good and am being today (so far) im just so fed up of dieting. Been dieting since beginning Jan and wish I had lost more. In fact I wish I has started Dukan then and I would be / should be at my target weight.
Im tired, tearful and full of PMT (my periods all over the place due to the coil) bloated :(
help me!!!!!!
I dont want to give up although people are saying oh you look fab now...but i have clothes i WANT to get into again.

hey vicks just to say u have been missed on here especially by me ! and dont worry about wot u have eaten that is done and just try and get back on track im sorry about u feeling teary :grouphugg:, just try and think positive !!
 
Oh babes... first of all BIG ((( hugs ))).

I know where yr coming from, I have been struggling recently to stay on track & am bored of dieting. We both started together & its been a long time to be concentrating on what we are putting in our mouths!!

Definately yours isn't helped with the bloomin' PMT!! Just be gentle on yrself... this isn't just about dieting its about changing the way we think about foods & the fact that you have had times off the wagon but immediately got back on track is something you should feel VERY proud of! If you hadn't been this disciplined then you'd be a lot further off fitting in those clothes....

Keep on keeping on babes... you will get there & you will look even more amazing for yr birthday. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have put 4lbs on but have been here before with Atkins.

Linz how are you getting on babe. I know you are struggling too or you back on track this week xxxx
 
Ive read it now babe. We will suffer the ketosis together. Must admit I am missing the veggies and cheese and mayo on atkins. Really dont think its a good idea to go back on that after being on dukan due to the fat reckon i would put it all back on. have actually been comtemplating ww :(
