Jo do you think its harder to diet here or there??? honest answer please??
Truly, the same issue exists in each - my inability to eat "normal quantities of food" once out of ketosis...
Right now, England is harder cos it's meals (and drinks!) out every day, wanting to eat things I don't see here, etc.
My daily life here is easier as I simply say "no" and my friends are used to it, and other people I don't care what they think!
In years of dieting, I have learned that I need to "budget" my calories wisely... ie, for me, it'd always be food over drink calories. For my sister, for instance, it would be the reverse, BUT she doesn't cut down on the food while drinking hence she's now overweight...
But basically, like a money purse, we have so much to spend and we can only spend those pennies/calories once without going overdrawn/getting fat...
(she says...)
