paperwork sorting and tv dossing tonight, no hoovering required did it this morning. no dog walk its just chucked down, although sunny again now. and it gets dark sooo early!!!
TBH Im feeling a bit tired and thinking nearly at the end of day 2 and under 20/or around 20 carbs might be kicking in.

Hey hun. I forgot to say ive made a beef casserole, its been in the slow cooker since about 11am so should be lovely. Now i dont know what veg to have with it, its just beef and celery at the mo so broccoli, cauli spinach??????
 
I just use stock and dont seal the beef to start with so it tastes more beefy and then added a little beef gravy to thicken and an oxo cube to taste, oh and dont forget the herbs, which ever you like, mine are mixed. I let the beef cook in just the stock for a few hrs then ive just added the celery, and think i will do my veg seperately tonight. Oops i left out the spring onions too, never mind
 
Ill post mine on here. I will go for 2lbs for me, 5 for Linz and 14 for cheryl ;) but mine is only low cos ive only got 3 days to do it in.

Well rubbish night sleep for me, all this water going straight through me lol. got some sorting done last night, going to sort out paperwork etc tonight. Leaving kitchen drawers/cupboards to tomorrow/thursday. got to get some new tyres fitted on friday :(
hannah gets hair stripped tomorrow and then my weekend pretty free apart from housework, cooking and friend - the pups dads owner - coming to have look at dor and Lunie on sunday.

B - low carb sausage x 2 grilled, mushrooms and 2 eggs
L - roast chicken salad (mixed salad leaves and cucumber) mayo and crispy bacon bits
D - trout with some spinach and kale 1 portabello mushroom stuffed with philly.

w - 2-3 litres and black coffee/tea

ex - nothing tonight

- Hannah gets her hair stripped? What on earth does that mean???????

I reckon Vicky 3lbs... three days on first week restart that's feasible. Cheryl 8 or 9lbs... ditto re first week restart. As for Linz, well. Let's try 4lbs. Good luck ladies!

Vicky - are you missing the oatbran/wheatbran at all? I know I would so I just wondered.

Also, I remember reading Vicky that you were doing WW recently ish. My sister's going to restart, because she can't face giving up the demon drink, and her husband threw her books out. I know they're about the change the whole shebang - AGAIN - but wondered whether you had an online pdf or print out of points or anything useful (I'm obviously sending her the link to Minimims WW forum, but she's probably too lazy to bother with that!).

Are you talking those ketostix? I got some from amazon.
